Here you can locate System Enhancement Letters which are sent along with UPDATE CD's and contain information on system changes that are made available in your system.  Staff of your company can refer to these documents to learn about how an enhancement may assist your company in meeting it's business goals. 

One of the benefits of being part of the DPS family of users, is all client systems generally have all the same functions available.  Review of the enhancement letters by staff may result in identifying new system changes requested by other companies that may indeed help your company if instituted.

Eligible clients may call the after hours support request by calling: (877)296-0609 or (727)461-6800.  All calls carry the support call fee and are ONLY answered for clients with the service option in effect at time of call.
